umf 5 manuka honey has helepd alot with my stinking cold i mix it with hot water and raw squezed lemon juice it works fast and well for about 2/3 hours a cup i was using the 5+ manuka honey wich worked but the 15+ umf is much better but 3 times the price i have got some 10+ honey but have not tried it yet but i expect great results too with that much better than paracetamol and way yummier
